8 strict production steps, complying with FDA, EU 10/2011, HACCP and other international standards to ensure quality and safety:
- Raw Material Selection: Handpicked cashews from certified plantations in Vietnam/Indonesia, with intact kernels and moisture content ≤12%
- Shelling: Mechanical shelling with adjustable pressure + manual sorting of residual shells
- Peeling: Blanching in food-grade hot water (60-70℃) for 3-5 minutes, automated peeling to retain natural color
- Sorting & Grading: Optical + manual screening, classified by size/color/integrity
- Quality Inspection: Sampling tests for aflatoxin (≤2ppb), pesticide residues (meets EU MRL standards), and moisture content (final ≤8%)
- Flavored Processing: Low-temperature roasting at 120-140℃ for 15-20 minutes, followed by flavor coating (oil-free option available)
- Cooling & Stabilization: Cooled to 25±2℃ in a dust-free environment, stabilized for 24 hours to prevent moisture absorption
- Packaging: Vacuum/modified atmosphere packaging to extend shelf life, batch number marked for traceability

We focus on premium cashew export, offering diverse varieties to global markets. Our range includes roasted salted cashews with skin, graded whole cashews (A180, A240, A320), raw cashews (WW180, WW240, WW320), and cashew halves. A-grade cashews are plump and intact, ideal for direct consumption, while WW-grade raw cashews suit further processing. Cashew halves are popular in bakery and confectionery industries.
Our strict processing ensures top quality. Raw cashews first undergo shelling and peeling to remove toxic outer layers. For roasted salted types, we adopt low-temperature roasting to retain flavor and nutrients, then add a light salt coating. All cashews go through sorting to remove defects, with automated grading by size (180/240/320 counts per pound) for consistent quality.
For international shipping, we use food-grade, moisture-proof packaging. Cashews are weighed, sorted by type/grade, and sealed in vacuum bags or cartons. Customized labels (meeting target market food safety standards) are available, with flexible options (250g, 500g, 10kg) to fit retail and bulk needs, preserving freshness during transit.
